hi folks! itโs officially the start the emotional eater coolyear! cool year is a school year, but this isnโt actually school, itโs just a cool learning opportunity. class is in session!!! and i want you there. thank you for being here!
our first class is going to explore indigenous seeds, farming and biodiversity initiatives, self care and preservation, future planning, and cultural consciousness.
in the midst of a planet and people experiencing tremendous grief, loss, stress, dissatisfaction, and confusion, preservation work is detrimental to salvaging whatโs left of humanity, agriculture, and societal cohabitation. preservation work is also setting the framework for the future ahead of us, one in which we will all have to leave behind.
are you committed to leaving this world behind better than you found it? are you able to accept the current state of this world? do you feel hopeless and disempowered when you tune into whatโs really going on? good. thereโs something there we can work with.
this class is a solution focused endeavor and together, as emotional eaters, we will uncover the ways in which the inner work can impact the outer world.
this class will explore what indigenous land, foods, and practices really are and how to live in tandem with the reverence and beauty of nature. itโs natural cycles of such, and also its urgent decline, in a climate both politically and environmentally that is at risk.
we will explore our own personally native lands and cultures and learn ways to eat and engage with earth in ways that nourish us from the inside out.

THIS October, class #1 begins
